Fall Yoga Schedule

IMG_3895Fall is here and this is the perfect time to disconnect from the outside world and find an inner connection to yourself.

Yoga will teach you to honour your body and at the same time feed your soul.  We breathe in love, light and space so that we can let go of the things that no longer serve us. Quiet the mind, commit to being present and move in a way that feels right.
